Both Bed and Breakfast rooms are located on the second floor of the Guesthouse, along with a common room. Set aside for use by guests, the common room features a sitting area with gas fireplace, bookcase with an abundant collection of books, board games, a deck over-looking Little Ollie Lake and Poplar Creek, and furnished kitchenette with dining area.

This large sunny room features a rocking chair, large desk with data port telephone, wireless internet also, table and chairs and two queen beds. The private bath includes a double shower with a "rain forest" showerhead. Dorothy's room can accommodate up to four people.
